Our team leadership specialists are also trained to give professional assessments. Some of these assessments are part of more comprehensive courses or can be scheduled as needed.

California Psychological Inventory 260: This assessment gives deep and complex insights into a person’s leadership ability and potential. This tool is often used by recruiting managers and executive coaches to gain insight into a candidate’s leadership skills.

DiSC Assessment: DiSC is a tool to help improve teamwork, communication and productivity in the workplace. Learn about the four main personality types of the DiSC Assessment: dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness.

Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior Assessment: This assessment measures interpersonal needs, including inclusion, control and affection. FIRO-B helps build strong teams through trust and engagement.

Gallup Strengths (CliftonStrengths): This tool measures your strengths to identify what you do best. Results can help maximize your potential by identifying your unique talents from the 34 CliftonStrengths.

Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument: This assessment helps you understand how you and your team think, communicate and work best. Your team will learn to use its cognitive diversity as a strategic advantage.

Intercultural Development Inventory: The IDI gauges your ability to understand other cultures, shift perspectives and adapt behaviors. Through 50 questions, participants identify strengths and opportunities for development when interacting with cultures different from your own.

The 6 Types of Working Genius: This assessment will help you discover your natural gifts so you can thrive at work. Participants receive a personalized report to show where their working genius falls: wonder, discernment, enablement, invention, galvanizing or tenacity. This allows teams to determine their strengths and gaps as a whole.
