What is CREW?

Civility, Respect and Engagement in the Workplace

Growing a productive and engaged team takes dedicated time and effort. The best teams are highly engaged and have synergy, and effective teams function better together than any one member working alone.

CREW course content will strengthen camaraderie and effectiveness and is designed to take productive teams to the next level!

 

Course Structure

CREW includes three one-day sessions taken over six months and is intended for teams of 5–35 who routinely work together. Teamwork exercises on civility, respect and engagement are assigned between courses.

Trent Clagg teaches a leadership class for the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership.
